Hours of Operation:

Office hours are Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

Located at 93rd and Mingo, we are just around the corner to the south of our previous location.  Our new office is a single story brick building on the east side of Mingo, just north of the Allergy Clinic of Tulsa.  Watch for the sign that says "Utica Park Clinic".  Every parking space has great access to the building.
