Rock Springs Medical Center, P.C. has merged with Utica Park Clinic effective October 1, 2007.

Dr. Culp and Dr. Oglesby are designers and will develop a treatment plan that fits you. General Medicine and Pediatrics represent a good portion of our practice including preventive health and immunizations. We also do well-woman gynecological care and selected minor surgery procedures including skin tag removal, mole removal, biopsy of skin lesions and toenail procedures.

Please note that there is no option to e-mail the office available on the web site. Because of the new federal HIPAA regulations, there is concern that your "protected health information" cannot be handled in a secure fashion.
