raised in Bethany, OK, and received my undergraduate degree in Chemical
Engineering with Pre-Medical option from the University of Oklahoma.
I then ventured southward to Texas where I had the privilege of studying
under the auspices of three Nobel Prize Winners among other notable
faculty at Southwestern Medical School and earned my doctorate from
the University of Texas Southwestern School of Medicine at Dallas
in 1993. I then moved back to Oklahoma where I completed internship

with competent, economical medical care, emphasizing preventive medicine
and healthy lifestyles in a flexible and friendly environment giving
patients the experience of a nurturing and caring modern medical
practice. I understand the dynamics of family and professional life
and will work to help patients balance their lives to promote better
health in this dynamic and changing world! |

I am a native Tulsan and returned here after graduating from the University Of Oklahoma College Of Medicine in Oklahoma City in 1978, and completing a residency in Family Medicine there in 1981. I have traveled overseas to serve on medical mission teams. These travels have taken me to nine foreign countries, including Honduras, El Salvador, Thailand, Vietnam, Lithuania, and Afghanistan. I have donated time to a local ministry, the Good Samaritan mobile medical clinic. I enjoy establishing long term relationships with patients, and getting to know my patients as families. Like many of my patients I am a spouse, parent, and now a grandparent, so I understand the challenges of those roles. I see health and wellness as a process and want to help patients understand and manage their changing health care needs as they move through life’s transitions. Thanks for allowing us to serve your health care needs. |
